A mixed-use residential development on the south bank of the Nieuwe Maas, transforming the former Oranjeboom brewery site into a new urban neighbourhood.

As part of a small competition team of three at INBO, I played a key role in the development and production of the winning submission during an intensive final phase. I was responsible for architectural design development, drawing production, and the preparation of competition materials.

The proposal was selected as the winning entry and forms the basis for approximately 300 homes, combining waterfront apartment blocks with family housing and shared public spaces that encourage social interaction and community life.
